PuroClean Disaster Services - Wood Dale

I have mixed feelings about working with this company. We had to have our home repaired due to a fire that started next door. We worked with multiple PuroClean teams during the whole repair process. We loved the quality of service from the pack out and fire restoration teams. All the team members from both teams were very professional and friendly. We were kept in the loop at all the stages and all our questions were answered quickly. I have mixed feeling about the construction team we worked with. The construction manager Eric and counter part Ryan were great and beyond helpful and understanding whenever we had questions. Ryan provided us a ton of help during the negation process with the insurance company. He took the time out to record a video to walk me through certain aspects. My biggest issue with the service we received was from the construction project PM and the actual construction team. While the PM was helpful on occasions, most of the time we felt like we were being gaslighted whenever we brought up an issue, and to say there were many would be an understatement. The construction team worked on the interior and exterior of my home. Including replacing our vinyl flooring and the siding of our home. Throughout the whole process my family members and I pointed out issues we noticed and rather than addressing the issues, we were told that everything was fine and if there was an issue at the end the team would remove everything and redo their work. And in our case, the issues on the interior of the house weren't too bad so we just had multiple additional visits to correct the problems. While for the exterior of the house, the PM had to bring in a completely new team since the first team had done everything completely wrong and all the work that had been done on the exterior of our home had to be removed and redone. The whole construction process took more than double the time we were quoted and most of the issues were caused by having an inexperienced and unprofessional construction team and a PM that wasn't paying attention to the work being done and addressing concerns as they were being brought up.

I would like to take a moment to express my experience with Alfredo Gomez and the team members at PuroClean. We faced a challenging situation with water damage in our basement, and finding the materials to replace the original wall was a major concern. However, Alfredo's assistance made the process of installing the drywall much easier. He went out of his way to locate the same materials for our walls, and the results are fantastic.We also had the entire basement painted too and it looks great. Right from our initial conversation, Alfredo consistently went above and beyond to address all of my inquiries and ensure that everything was done correctly. The level of service he provided us is truly exceptional, leaving me thoroughly impressed. His dedication in sourcing the appropriate materials for the new dry walls was remarkable. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his customers and strives to deliver top-notch quality work. I highly recommend collaborating with Alfredo.

This company was great to work with for water mitigation, they were chosen by my insurance company and I can see why. Dylan especially was an all-star to work with. He picked up every single call and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him. He was great at communicating what was going to happen and if he was running behind he made sure to be respectful of my time and let me know. His team was also really good, they made quick work of everything and got the job done well and we're very professional. We're using this company for the construction portion of fixing things too and I hope the experience ends up being just as good!👍👍 *Update* Our home is all repaired now and the work looks great! Lucas and Mike did an excellent job, were friendly, professional, and happy to answer my questions. My insurance company also complimented how timely all necessary documentation was completed and said they'd be happy to work with PuroClean again.

I used Puro Clean for the entire project: the clean up after the water damage( Project mgr Mitch ) , removing the drywall & drying things out , different team did packing up the contents of my basement (Ruben’s team ) and then another department did the restoration work (manager Eric , PMs Dave, Gaby , Alfredo ). The guys who did the work did an amazing job on floor and walls. Looks great! Finally, the department that delivers back the contents of my basement (Ruben’s team) were so nice , careful and helpful. They helped me unpack boxes, took all the garbage etc.very nice team. One stop shopping - was very happy start to finish and would recommend!

Ruben managed our very large job from start to finish and was simply amazing. Ruben’s team of Amanda, Cristina, Erick and Breanna worked on the inventory for our loss and their process, organization, and details were critical for us identifying and understanding the scope of our TLI. Ruben had Margarita, Cristina, Manuela, Amanda, Manuel, Juan and Erick for the pack out and move back. Again, Ruben’s process was amazing and was everything we could have asked for. Hardworking, organized and detailed, trustworthy, and kind. They worked in our home for over 2 weeks and we completely trusted them. Grateful now for the outcome now that everything is done.
